About Us

Adding supportive and affordable communities one at a time

We are a mission oriented nonprofit dedicated to bringing affordable housing to people in need including homeless, seniors, youth, people with disabilities, and families. Our charitable purpose and mission includes developing, owning, and rehabilitating affordable housing for those in need including homeless individuals and families, low and very low income households, and special user groups. In addition provide associated services for upliftment of their lives across diverse socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds with harmony.

Community Resident Services (CRS) and California Supportive Housing have been supporting affordable housing projects and providing supportive services throughout California. CRS has been a General Partner for more than thousand units across more than 30 communities for more than a decade with successful LIHTC funding and have been providing support services to more than 8200 residents every year.

Our team is experienced in land development opportunities  and rehabilitations and has successfully publicly financed, developed, rehabilitated, and operated affordable housing communities. We are currently focusing on developing 100% affordable housing that are most favored by state and federal grants and qualify for the most concessions, highest density and inherent entitlement expediency measures. We are focused on developing affordable housing through stick-built and modular. We are working with several counties and cities in the Bay Area on multiple properties to build, develop, and rehabilitate affordable housing using local, state, and federal funding.
